  • 30-Day Return Policy

    We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    At Head to Hooves we hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us provided the following conditions are met;

    Your item(s) must be in the original saleable condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, clean and dry.

    Post the item(s) back to us including your invoice that came with your item(s).

    To return by post, you need to pay the postage charges. You can use the postal/courier service of your choice.

    Please note: Any delivery fee(s) you were charged for your order will not be refunded.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    If you have ordered the wrong size, just contact Head to Hooves with what you require and then once accepted, post the item(s) back to us including your invoice. Your item(s) must be in the original saleable condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, clean and dry.

    We will contact you once the item(s) is received and accepted. We will then post out your item(s) as soon as possible.

    Refunds

    Your return will be processed within 7 working days of its arrival to Head to Hooves Equine Supplies. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

    Please be aware at very busy times such as Christmas/New Year and following bank holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Therefore please allow up to 10 days to receive your refund before getting in touch with us.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

    We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service/Product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

    We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service/Product.
